Hey once again it's going to be an action packed weekend here in wonderful Lake Havasu City Arizona.  Although we are expecting some rain ( it's the desert so we always welcome hydration). Be sure to check out the Rockabilly Festival at Windsor Beach State park , great music, food and activities happening there. What's happening in Havasu

Saturday in Lake Havasu and of course it's hot. Great day to do the Lake or find an indoor activity. Went to see movie "The Proposal" yesterday. Good movie!
I'll be updating real estate sales data on this blog. A lot of people get the news a bit wrong. Havasu is a unique market in itself and shouldn't be linked with Phoenix. The only thing we have in common with Phoenix is climate and in the same state. So stay tuned here for what's happening here and not in the Big City.
